Melt in Your Mouth Mini Bourbon Chocolate Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
Unsalted butter 60g (¼ cup + 1 tbsp )
Icing sugar 50g ( ¼ cup + 2 tbsp )
All Purpose Flour 80g ( ½ + ⅛ cup)
Corn starch 10g (4 tsp)
Cocoa powder 14g (3 tbsp)
Milk 1 tbsp

Filling:
Hazelnut spread 50g ( ⅓ cup )

Bake at 170’C for about 8 - 10 minutes
