Restores mission-exclusive interiors & scenes back into Free Ride
All interiors have functioning doors
NPCs restored at some locations (more soon)
Special vehicles & docked boats spawn at landmarks
Removed invisible walls
Spawn point: House (default), Mansion, or custom.
Environment Shuffle: Sets random time & weather at each launch (also for Main Menu)
