Описание: Fall asleep feeling safe, calm, and proud of your choice to be sober tonight. If you are struggling with racing thoughts, cravings, or just the weight of the day, this guided relaxation and breathing exercise is here to help you let go.

You are safe. You are here. And tonight, you chose yourself.

🌙 A Note for Tonight:

Wherever you are right now — in bed, on the couch, or just lying still — settle in. Adjust your pillow. Lower the lights. Let the darkness hold you. There is nowhere else you need to be.

You might have had a long day. Maybe some moments were hard. That’s okay. The day is behind you now.

That choice not to drink doesn't always feel loud or celebrated. Sometimes it's just quiet. Sometimes the thought of alcohol still shows up, and that is normal. Noticing it doesn't mean anything is wrong; it just means you are awake and aware.

This isn't about being perfect. It's about knowing that right now, you didn't need it. You are here without it. And that matters.

🧘 The Breathing Technique (Follow Along):

If thoughts come up, let them pass like sounds in the distance. Use this 3-step anchor to ground yourself:

Step 1: Anchor in the Body 🌬️

Inhale (4s): Breathe through your nose, feeling the energy rise from your feet to your heart.

Hold (7s): Pause without strain.

Exhale (8s): Release through your mouth, letting the tension fall out through your feet. (Repeat 3 times)

Step 2: Breathing with Intention 💓

Inhale: Gather warmth and light.

Exhale: Let go of one small weight—a fear, a regret, or a craving. You don't need to name it, just let it leave. (Continue for 1–2 minutes)

Step 3: Synchronize with the Sound 🌊

Let your breathing fall into a natural rhythm.

Allow the background sound to wash over you.

Drift into the space between being awake and being asleep.
