Описание: THE BARREN ROCKS OF ADEN is a stirring 2-4 march that is often paired with MAIRI's WEDDING. The tune was arranged by Pipe Major McKellar of the 78th Seaforth Highlanders during deployment to Yemen in the mid-1800's, prior to the Regiment's eventual deployment to Nova Scotia Canada. The tune is also recommended by the Royal Scottish Pipe Band Association (RSPBA) as a 2-part march for Grade 4 band competitions as part of the march-strathspey-reel (MSR) set. Its also a great bagpipe tune for a wedding recessional.
