Описание: Join me for a ~ 60 minute, full length vinyasa class aimed at opening the hips and moving through lots of deep lower body focused postures. We will flow through horizon lunges, skandasana, figure 4, chair pose, lizard lunge, pigeon, wide legged fold, and much more! I love me a hips class, and I tend to get a little carried away, so I actively reined it in :) Let me know how it goes!
