Описание: In this video I’m testing how much faster an average runner (myself) can run in a pair of super shoes vs a pair of regular, every day running shoes. I’m putting Nike’s Vaporfly 3 to the test by first running the exact same 10k (6.2 Miles) in a pair of Brooks Adrenaline GTS 22 (one of my most worn running shoes) first, and then in the Vaporfly 3’s afterwards. Besides a few, short intervals this is the first time I’m running in the Vaporfly 3.
