Is this winter really that bad? A Boston meteorologist says no

Описание: After a storm in January dropped two feet of snow on Massachusetts and weeks of below-freezing temperatures, another 17-inch snowfall coated the region -- and this time, it was an official blizzard, for the first time in four years. But is this winter uniquely bad? Or have Bostonians gotten wimpy about the snow? We spoke to Massachusetts residents and GBH News meteorologist Dave Epstein to find out.
