Yes, Shannon is a very good hero!
As you can see she has an ability that lowers enemy wind resistance for 3 turns!! (This will increase wind damage of Suzette and Isuka as well which is huge!) ,
She has an aoe damage sleep ability (When your ally's attack an that is asleep it has a chance to wake up so late game it could be used more as a damage attack and if the enemy stays asleep that is a bonus,
She has a low cost ability that inflicts stun (Stunning the enemy is always a win and unlike sleep you can't knock enemies out of it until their turn is over 😁.
