Описание: Cooking for a large family can be overwhelming... it can be challenging to please a large crowd! LOL! Today, I share with you what large family meals we had for dinner this past week. This week was rather busy, so we needed some super simple meals. Our meal plan didn't go exactly as planned... But you all will get the picture! As always this is real life and things don't always go as planned!

Chicken Taquitos Recipe -
Creamy Lime Chicken Taquitos
3 oz. cream cheese (I double that for sure!)
1/4 cup green salsa (or more, to taste)
1 Tablespoon fresh lime juice (juice from 1/2 a lime)
1/2 tsp.ground cumin
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
2 garlic cloves (I add garlic powder)
3 Tablespoons chopped cilantro (I omitted)
2 Tablespoons green onion (I added reg. sweet onions)
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 cup shredded cheese
small flour or corn tortillas
oil for brushing tops
salt
