The Corsair K65 RGB is a tenkeyless keyboard from corsair, featuring individual led lighting on all of the keys on the keyboard. It also features the cherry mx speed switches, the latest cherry mx switch, optimized for gaming. While this makes the k65 RGB a bit worse for typing, as the cherry mx speed switches have about half the travel distance of other cherry mx switches.

The K65 RGB redeems itself though in its gaming performance. The short travel distance makes it much faster to press keys, allowing you to react faster in games.

The K65 RGB is one of the smallest keyboards in the Corsair lineup but with features such as USB passthrough, a strong braided cable, and most importantly the individual RGB LEDs under each key switch, the Corsair K65 RGB is no slouch.

The Corsair K65 RGB is aimed at gamers after a keyboard a bit smaller than the full-size ones, generally with the emphasis on convenience and portability, as well as space management on the desk itself.

The Corsair K65 RGB is built very sturdily overall as well, being built out of hard plastic and metals. The K65 RGB also has a very durable braided cable, and overall I would expect this keyboard to almost outlive the life of the key switches themselves.

Overall, I think the Corsair K65 RGB Mechanical keyboard is a great keyboard for anyone looking to pick up their first mechanical keyboard, or even for an enthusiast looking to expand their collection.

The availability of the Cherry MX Speed switches on this keyboard may make it much more appealing to some, gamers mostly I would imagine.
