If you’re new here—welcome! I’m Naledi Tutani, a mom of two toddlers, a fitness enthusiast, and a South African expat now living in Hannover, Germany.
In today’s video, I’m taking you along on a typical day in my life as a stay-at-home mom. From our early morning fitness routine with my husband (yes, we love starting the day with some CrossFit-inspired workouts ) to juggling morning preparations for the kids, school drop-offs, and everything in between, it’s a full but rewarding day.
