In this episode of In The Kitchen With Matt, I will show you how to make a 7 layer dip at home. This easy homemade seven layer bean dip recipe is one of my favorite things to eat at gatherings, parties, etc. It is so simple to make and the whole thing comes together in under 30 minutes, even if you cook the ground beef. I will sometimes eat only this bean dip with chips for lunch or dinner, haha. If you are a fan of chip dips, give this one a try! If I can do it, you can do it, let's get started!

Ingredients:
1 lb cooked ground beef/taco meat
16 or 30 oz can of refried beans (400 to 850g)
1 to 1 1/2 cups of salsa (260 to 390g)
1 1/2 to 2 cups of sour cream (240 to 360g)
1 1/2 to 2 cups of guacamole (224 to 336g)
1 to 1 1/2 cups of grated cheese (84 to 125g)
1/2 cup diced tomato (100g)
1/2 cup sliced olives (90g)
1/2 cup chopped green onion (50g)

*These measurements DO NOT have to be exact and you can easily substitute layers for other ingredients.
