LIST OF FOODBUFFS: (I only put the foodbuffs I recommend for when your are using carnivore and strange in numbers, all these foodbuffs effects can be further increased with the backwoodsman 6 magazine)
Bloodbug Pepper Steak - 0.25% of your total max hp is regened every second for one hour
Broiled Scorchbeast Brain - +8 Intelligence
Charred Scorchbeast Liver - +8 Luck
Cooked Softshell Meat - +50 Max AP
Cranberry Meatball Grinder/Fasnacht Sausage - +120 Max HP
Deathclaw Wellington - +8 Strength
Megasloth Tenderloin/Radstag Stew - +88 Energy resistance
Roasted Scorchbeast Heart - +8 Endurance
Smoked Scorchbeast Lung - +8 Agility
Stingwing Stew - +8 Perception

LIST OF MUTATIONS: (all of these mutations have negative effects and they can be negated by class freak or popping the serum)
Adrenal Reaction - More damage the lower your hp
Bird Bones - Slower fall speed and more agility
Eagle Eyes - more crit damage and perception
Empath - Take more damage but your team takes less damage (optional)
Healing Factor - +300% passive health regen (even when in pvp sometimes the healing factor health regen effect still works and even stacks with colas and stims)
Herd Mentality - Increase of all special stats when in a team
Grounded - More energy resistance but less energy weapon damage (optional)
Marsupial - Increased jump height and carry weight
Plague Walker - Diseases cause you to deal poison damage (stacks with strangler heart poison damage, each disease increases the poison damage you deal but caps at 4 diseases)
Scaly Skin - Increased energy and damage resistance
Speed Demon - Increased movement speed and reload speed

The reason I dont use suppressor in my build is because it cancels out tenderizer, I started making people aware of this around 6-7 months ago and from what ive tested it still seems to be the case so that is why I choose not to use it. As I said in the video escape artist bugs out sneak and what I mean by that is whenever your pvping if you go crouched and shoot your gat plasma, if you have escape artist on sometimes it will keep you hidden and you will still have the 2.50x damage bonus even though it doesnt show up at corner of the screen. Follow through, taking on for the team, and tenderizer all stack together (they all apply a debuff that makes the target take increased damage) so it comes out to around 120% more damage that they are taking, or atleast somewhere around there. Some of you might ask why im not using grounded well its because I dont really find the extra energy resistance useful and I dont like it messing with my damage. If you dont know what multiplicative and additive damage bonuses are then let me explain, additive damage bonuses stack on to the base damage of a weapon while multiplicative damage bonuses takes the total damage of the weapon and multiplies it by the specified value, in short multiplicative damage bonuses are better than additive. I forgot to mention in this video as well that there is a chem called calmex which increases your sneak multiplier up to around x3.50 sneak damage but you wont be able to use psychobuff or formula p. for legendary perks cards you can also use sizzling style (if your going to be using sizzling style or funky duds I would only rank up the perk card to rank 3 because any higher it isnt going to be reducing that much damage as the first two ranks because there are diminishing returns) or power armor reboot but I don't really see a big use in that unless the person your fighting is using pulse grenades. For charisma you can use suppressor to be tankier but keep in mind that it messes up tenderizer, lone wanderer for less damage taken and a little bit more ap refresh (this perk card used to be bugged where it would work while in a team but I dont know if thats still the case) Let me know about anything I might have missed or if you have any questions please leave them down in the comments also bethesda nerf assassins
