workout. The first is atomic squats. This exercise works the quadriceps, glutes, hips, and hamstrings.
It's a very dynamic exercise due to the jumping. You can use a medicine for additional load. The second
exercise is the more demanding exercise of the two- a jump lunge. In this exercise you bound into your
lunges. I recommend you keep your hands free. Like the atomic squat this exercise is very dynamic. Both
of these exercises require some athleticism. If you feel like your leg workouts are getting stale mix these
exercises into your leg exercises workout and tell me how you do. Both of these exercises are considered
plyometrics, and can be very aerobic. I recommend performing 3 sets of each exercise for 15- 20 reps.
