Our patient presented with very large eye bags caused by fat prolapse beneath the eyes. The excess volume created a harsh shadow and a permanent “tired” look. To treat this effectively, we performed a customized lower eyelid surgery using a three-step approach:

🔹 Fat Removal & Repositioning – Through a hidden transconjunctival incision (inside the eyelid), the herniated fat was sculpted and repositioned to smoothen the under-eye bulge without hollowing the area.

🔹 Fat Grafting – Micro-fat injections were placed in the tear trough and upper cheek area to correct volume loss and transition smoothly from the lower lid to the cheek.

🔹 CO2 Laser Resurfacing – Finally, a fractional CO2 laser was used to tighten the under-eye skin, reduce fine lines, and improve overall skin texture.

The result? A fresher, smoother, and more youthful appearance—without looking overdone.
