Using her family’s story and a life-altering shift that began in 1995, she shares how each season of her journey mirrored a caterpillar’s transformation: shedding, forming wings, finding color through struggle, and eventually learning how to fly. This talk is an invitation for anyone in the middle of their transformation to honor the process and trust that their “butterfly moment” is still possible.
