On today's Bite Size video, we're talking about Pink Lady Apples. Pink Lady, originally known by their cultivar name, Cripps Pink, comes out of Western Australia’s Department of Agriculture in 1973. This apple was discovered by John Cripps after crossing a Golden Delicious with a Lady Williams apple. Pink Lady is known for having that beautiful pink blush to it and makes for a great baking apple.
