What if universal expansion isn't accelerating?

This is an extremely convoluted video on why the universal expansion of the universe might not technically be accelerating. Scientist's have visible evidence of this happening, however, dark energy is basically just a smart sounding term for we don't know. Let's think outside the box here a bit.
t' = t * √(1 - v²/c²) (or t' = t / γ)
t': Time measured by the observer (dilated time).
t: Time measured in the moving object's frame (proper time).
v: Velocity of the moving object.
c: Speed of light in a vacuum.
γ (Gamma): The Lorentz factor, showing how much time slows down.
The key question is v changing or is it t'? Is the energy in our known system being fed by some unknown force or is the energy bleeding out into something either known or unknown? I believe it might be a conversion between time and velocity myself. Its moving faster and relative times moving slower. Post any hypotheticals you can think of that would withstand the "tests of time" lol.
