The video focuses on terms and benefits available on a mortgage via an A Lender that does not use the Stress Test for applicants with a down payment of at least 25% and a maximum amortization of 25 years. The no Stress-Test rate is 2.39% and can be used for qualification only if the applicants meet the High Net Worth Test(20% of the mortgage amount in liquid securities). Alternatively, applicants qualify at the contract rate of 2.39%-2.49% plus a 0.75% premium(3.14%-3.24% mini stress test compared to Government's 5.25%) with a 20%-25% down payment and a 25 or 30-year amortization. The Lender allows a Mortgage of 80% of the first $1,250,000 and 50% of the Balance up to 4 Million. High Net Worth applicants are allowed a Mortgage of 75% of 3 Million.
