In this video, I used hydrogenated castor oil, rubbing alcohol, polysorbate 20 and olivem 300 to mix oil and water together.

I use Avocado Oil at 2g each for this experiment.
The clear winner is polysorbate 20. It emulsifiers oil and water and form a milky mixture.
