Escarpment Luxury Lodge is situated on the escarpment of the Ngorongoro Highlands, looking down over the Great Rift Valley. It looks out over Lake Manyara National Park, the lake is directly in front of you. On a small headland, it offers wonderful views.
Each room is its own chalet, beautifully appointed with private veranda and outside shower. The en suite bathroom is spacious and beautifully designed, with a large, free standing tub. A big four poster bed and seating area completes each chalet.
There is a lovely pool, the deck of which offers great views of Lake Manyara. A front lawn has a camp fire in the evenings and the dining room can be opened up to the outside on mild evenings.
Computers are provided, as are cables to allow you to use your laptop in your own room.
Service is excellent and the food local and tasty.
