If you are planning to explore the Sahara desert in Morocco then a visit to this tuney yet famous village called Merzouga is a no-brainer. Although the journey to Merzouga takes a bit longer than Zagora ( which is another Sahara desert village closer to Ouarzazate/Marrakech ) , Merzouga is more frequently visited because of its close proximity to some of the most amazing dunes in the Sahara desert.
The village is home to most of the hotels, restaurants and cafes which cater to the tourists coming across from all over the world to explore this part of the Moroccan Sahara desert ( Although I stayed in another place a few kms away which was right next to the Erg Chebbi dunes as seen in my previous vlogs). Come and explore this amazing village with a solo adventure traveler from India🇮🇳
