Setup
Begin with a towel between elbow and side
progress position with one arm out to the side and your elbows bent (start at 45 degrees and progress to 90) with your palm facing the floor.
Movement
Slowly rotate your arm upward until your palm is facing forward and hold.
Tip
Make sure not to let your elbow drop as you rotate your arms and maintain a gentle chin tuck throughout the exercise.
On the 2nd set go to fatigue and progress to the next level if able to get to over 25 reps with relative ease and your arm is not shaking.
Can make it harder by stepping back, having a harder band, or going to the next level of exercise.
level 1 = elbow next to side with towel roll
level 2 = arm at 45 deg angle
level 3 = arm at 90 deg angle
level 4 = arm at 90 deg with hitting band around with eyes closed
Dose: everyother day for 2 sets to fatigue
