Описание: Currently, the native PCIe hotplug (pciehp) and the ACPI-based PCI hotplug (acpiphp) are mutually exclusive, which means that if one of them registers a hotplug slot, the other one will not be allowed to handle hotplug signalling for the device in that slot.
