Описание: On this occasion we chose to blast a trench using a configuration that differs from the regular zig zag pattern of angled holes and millisecond delay detonators. Two lines of holes are drilled, one along each side of the trench with the holes intersecting below the invert level, the cross section looks like a V. The holes are loaded with heavy weight detonating cord, this method produces a nice straight sided trench but the ground vibration can be fairly savage.
