Realizzazione Girarrosto Fiat 500 d'epoca artigianale FAI DA TE 🛠🚧

Il progetto #Fiat500D richiede numerosi interventi di carrozzeria, appunto per questo prima di iniziare a tagliare e saldare i nuovi lamierati, ho provveduto alla realizzazione di un Girarrosto su Misura, tenendo conto del poco spazio che mi ritrovo per lavorarci su. Mi sono procurato due Cavalletti Supporto Motore da Officina che supportano singolarmente 600 kg, su questi ultimi ho modificato i bracci per creare dei supporti dove ancorare la Fiat 500, esattamente in corrispondenza della balestra e della traversa posteriore. Infine ho creato delle guide tra i due cavalletti per renderli dipendenti e più stabili.
Per chi non lo sapesse il Girarrosto è un attrezzo utilizzato nei Restauri di Auto d'epoca che consente di ruotare l'auto e di conseguenza lavorare sul sottoscocca senza problemi.
Sino ad oggi per gli altri interventi capovolgevo l'auto su un fianco poggiandola su degli pneumatici, capite bene che quest'operazione ti consente di lavorare un lato per volta, ciò è molto macchinoso e "scomodo", per ovviare al problema dopo 1 giorno di lavoro vi presento il mio nuovo Girarrosto, modificabile per qualsiasi tipo di auto!

I got myself two Workshop Engine Support Stands that individually support 600 kg, on the latter I modified the arms to create supports where to anchor the Fiat 500, exactly in correspondence with the leaf spring and the rear cross member. Finally I created guides between the two trestles to make them dependent and more stable.
For the uninitiated, the rotisserie is a tool used in the restoration of vintage cars that allows you to rotate the car and consequently work on the underbody without problems.
Until today, for the other interventions, I turned the car over on its side resting it on the tyres, you understand well that this operation allows you to work one side at a time, this is very cumbersome and "inconvenient", to remedy the problem after 1 day of work I present to you my new rotisserie, modifiable for any type of car!

Ein besonderes Projekt erfordert ebenso besondere Werkzeuge!
Das #Fiat500D-Projekt erfordert zahlreiche Karosserieeingriffe, genau aus diesem Grund habe ich, bevor ich mit dem Schneiden und Schweißen des neuen Blechs begonnen habe, mit der Erstellung einer maßgefertigten Rotisserie fortgefahren, wobei ich den begrenzten Platz, an dem ich arbeiten muss, berücksichtigt habe es. Ich habe mir zwei Werkstatt-Motorstützböcke besorgt, die einzeln 600 kg tragen, bei letzterem habe ich die Arme modifiziert, um Stützen zu schaffen, an denen der Fiat 500 verankert werden kann, genau in Übereinstimmung mit der Blattfeder und dem hinteren Querträger. Schließlich habe ich Führungen zwischen den beiden Böcken erstellt, um sie abhängiger und stabiler zu machen.
Für den Laien ist der Drehspieß ein Werkzeug in der Restaurierung von Oldtimern, mit dem man das Auto drehen und damit problemlos am Unterboden arbeiten kann.
Bis heute habe ich für die anderen Eingriffe das Auto auf die Seite gedreht und es auf die Reifen gelegt, Sie verstehen gut, dass diese Operation es Ihnen ermöglicht, jeweils eine Seite zu bearbeiten, dies ist sehr umständlich und "unbequem", um Abhilfe zu schaffen problem nach 1 tag arbeit präsentiere ich ihnen meine neue rotisserie, modifizierbar für jeden autotyp!
