Visit the Official Portal
Go to 👉 NHAI FASTag Exempted Vehicle Portal

Select “Apply for Exempted FASTag”
On the homepage, you’ll see the option for Exempted FASTag Application.

Create Login / Sign in

If you are a first-time user, register with your email ID / mobile number.

If already registered, just log in.

Fill the Application Form
You need to provide details like:

Vehicle Registration Number (RC details must match)

Category of Exemption (e.g., ambulance, defense, VIP, govt. vehicle, etc.)

Applicant details (Name, Contact Number, Address, Department/Organization if applicable)

Upload Required Documents (scanned copies in PDF/JPEG)

RC (Registration Certificate) of vehicle
