The PTR is back up for a minute, so I took a look around the new night elf city. (Yes, Horde can visit. I was on my best behavior, I promise!) There's probably a few spoilers in here if you haven't finished the 10.2.0 content, so be warned.
Note: For those looking for the Kaldorei transmogs like the spear, shield, bow, pack etc., the setting you want to turn on is called "soft interact".
