► Ethen Ostroff:
Ethen is the CEO and Founder of EthenOstroffLaw a nationwide mass tort and injury firm and the CEO of Attorney Assistant a business dedicated to helping other businesses scale. Ethen started building teams in the Philippines for his Dad’s firm Ostrofflaw.com to accomplish different admin-level tasks and through this process, he fell in love with the people of the Philippines because of their grit, loyalty and dedication to the work at hand. Ethen supports local ministries and orphanages in the Philippines as a part of his mission to supplying 1 million jobs.

► James DiBitetto
James DiBitetto is the COO of Attorney Assistant. James is a data expert and former consultant who worked for over 7 years in the pharmaceutical industry, helping companies optimize their sales forces and product performance. James has developed strong expertise in leading international teams and getting the most out of his colleagues, all while ensuring a fun and productive workplace environment. James has not come across a problem he can’t solve using Excel – he invites you to try to stump him. James is a people person who always wants the best for his team and for his clients.
