Описание: There will be no train services on the East-West Line (EWL) between Tanah Merah and Expo stations from March 14 to March 17, 2026 to allow essential upgrading works.

The service suspension is part of infrastructure works, following the recent activation of the East Coast Integrated Depot, and involves disconnecting reception tracks linking the EWL to Changi Depot.

Shuttle bus service (S8) will be provided between Tanah Merah and Expo at intervals of about five to eight minutes during the affected days.

Train service between Expo and Changi Airport will continue, running at about seven-minute intervals during peak hours.

Passengers are encouraged to plan ahead and can also use existing bus services or other MRT lines (e.g., the Downtown Line) as alternatives.
