First of all, I think this is the most romantic song EVER. It gives me goosebumps everytime I hear it, and I think it works quite nicely for Norribeth. I invision the song from Norringtons point of view, telling Elizabeth that he has loved her ever since she was young. Now that she is 'bloomed', she has awakened the dark grave he had set in his heart. She brought him life...even though it eventually led to his death. She was his addiction, and no matter how often she wronged him, he always came for her. James Norrington was a selfless man. Rest in Peace.
