This recipe is an adaptation of Nigella Lawson's Watermelon and feta salad.
Cut the feta and watermelon into chunky triangles.
Sprinkle with black olives and pickled red onions.
Add chopped mint and pistachios.
You can add/remove anything you want, but I highly recommend adding watermelon to your summer salads for a refreshing taste of summer anytime of year! 🍉🧀⚫️🌿
