in this video we are going to discuss about the article 73 of the Indian constitution, which is speaks about the extent of the union executive. as per direction given by the constitution, the executive area of the union executive is extended.
primarily the parliament made law then it is the duty of the union executive is implement hence there power execution is extent to the all laws which are made by the parliament .
if the central executive comes to agreement with some other nations , then the terms of agreement shall implement by union executive this means that executive power of the union is not limited to domestic level . it also extended to international leve. this scope was given to union executive by the constitution through article 73(1)b
