Inspired by the part of the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria where the functions of the LGs are contained, The Fourth Schedule Podcast is designed to host conversations themed around the issues of the LGs, in a bid to raise the level of awareness of the listeners on the gaps in the LGs, and foster actions towards addressing those gaps.
