The brief History of Azan is
He stepped in June 2021 at Karishma's Speech Therapy Clinic Gujrat for evaluation of his problems.His mother complained about multiple problems related to behavior, understanding, eating,nit taking, not following commands ,poor in eye contact to maintain for 2 seconds ,excessive hand movement, Hyper activity,aggressive responses and various Sensory issues especially in touch, smells , dim lights.
He had poor sitting Behavior and almost zero involvement in Play Therapy.He had poor eating habits and extream oral stimming
