Featured here are four awesome crews with the District's DPW working in the historic Capitol Hill neighborhood. You won't find anything bigger than one of these single axle Leaches in the DPW fleet, they order their trucks short for some of the incredibly tight turns that they need to manage. I found only Autocar Experts and a GMC with Leach Alpha bodies, but the district also has some New Ways and Heils as well. I enjoyed walking with the guys and seeing how the job is done in DC. Thanks to everyone from the DPW I met that day!
