Our Workout:
Warmup on the bike for 5mins
Circuit:
Light weight squats
DB bicep curl into press
kettle bell swings
45secs on/ 15secs off
3-5 rounds
Abs:
-plank for 30secs
10 each side of plank dips
10 each side of knee to ankle crunch
20 Penguins
Cool down on bike
