The M7 going towards Bluff in Durban is soaked with diesel after the collision of two trucks on Monday.
The two trucks, one of them a tanker, collided on the N2 north off-ramp.
Motorists and residents in the vicinity of the area, took advantage of the accident and were seen carrying empty containers and looting diesel pouring out of the tanker. #eNCA
