Описание: Rewari जिले के बावल में मंगलवार रात बनवारे के दौरान दो पक्षों के बीच विवाद हो गया। जानकारी के अनुसार दोनों पक्षों ने एक-दूसरे पर ईंट-पत्थर और लाठी-डंडों से हमला कर दिया, जिसमें कई लोग घायल हो गए। घटना की सूचना मिलते ही दो थानों की पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची और हालात को काबू में किया। बताया जा रहा है कि एक ही गोत्र की लड़की से शादी को लेकर पहले से ही विवाद चल रहा था। बावल के वाल्मीकि मोहल्ले में करीब पचास परिवार रहते हैं, जिनमें लगभग आधे परिवार सारवान गोत्र के बताए जा रहे हैं। इसी को लेकर मोहल्ले में तनाव की स्थिति बन गई थी। वाल्मीकि बस्ती के अंकित की सारवान गोत्र की लड़की से शादी तय होने के बाद विरोध शुरू हो गया था। मंगलवार रात जब परिवार बनवारा निकाल रहा था और जुलूस विरोधी पक्ष के घर के पास से गुजरा, तभी अचानक पत्थरबाजी शुरू हो गई। दूल्हे के चाचा और भाजपा एससी मोर्चा के पूर्व मंडल अध्यक्ष पुष्प कुमार ने आरोप लगाया कि विरोधी पक्ष पहले भी शादी का विरोध कर चुका था और धमकियां दी गई थीं। हमले में दूल्हे सहित परिवार के कई लोग घायल हो गए, जबकि दूल्हे ने खुद को बचाने के लिए घोड़ी से कूदकर जान बचाई। घटना के बाद पुलिस ने मौके पर पहुंचकर बनवारा पुलिस की मौजूदगी में निकलवाया। इलाके में तनाव को देखते हुए बस्ती में पुलिस बल तैनात किया गया है और मामले की जांच जारी है।

The dispute is reportedly linked to a marriage within the same gotra, which had already created tension in the locality. Around fifty families live in the Valmiki Mohalla of Bawal, and nearly half of them are said to belong to the Sarwan gotra. Ankit from the Valmiki community was set to marry a girl from the Sarwan gotra, which had been opposed earlier as well. On Tuesday night, when the family was taking out the Banwara procession and it passed near the house of the opposing side, stone pelting allegedly started suddenly. Pushp Kumar, uncle of the groom and former BJP SC Morcha Mandal president, alleged that the opposing side had earlier threatened them over the marriage. Several people including the groom were injured in the attack, while the groom reportedly jumped off the horse to save himself. After the incident, police ensured the procession continued under security. Additional police force has been deployed in the area and the matter is under investigation.
