Yoga for all levels especially for beginners. In this practice, it is getting you used to basic yoga for 10 minutes. Detox Flow Yoga is open to all levels, you can practice in the morning or midday, or and evening. Do your best, remember to have fun and smile. Asana in Sanskrit simply means body posture, originally and still a general term for a sitting meditation pose, and later extended in hatha yoga and modern yoga as exercise, to any type of pose or position, adding reclining, standing, inverted, twisting, and balancing poses. You can always modify the poses, you want to be comfortable in the yoga poses and wear comfortable. This power flow Yoga practice is 40 minutes long while it is fun, yet still challenging. It is open to all levels, all you need to start this practice: the dedication time and meeting your self on your mat. A strong body is a strong mind, Allow your body to come into the pose, feel free to take child pose at anytime. Have fun and challenge yourself to move your body.
