Hey guys! I know that when I started the TIU plan, I loved the recipes and information that they provided; it helped me figure out what macronutrients to eat during the day and has really given me the gift of having an outline for my weeks worth of meals.
Where I struggled a bit, was honing in on how to plan out meals so that I wasn't buying different ingredients for multiple different meals, and having leftover ingredients that would go bad. I've started to figure out how to plan my meals that use the same ingredients so that way I am getting my moneys worth from the grocery store and utilizing EVERYTHING I bought.
I've provided three different meals that can use the same ingredients interchangeably (along with a couple of meals of my own that are healthy and easy to whip up).
Fab 4 Smoothie: 1 scoop Tone It Up Vanilla Protein + 1 Tbs ground flax seeds + 1 Tbs unsalted almond butter + 1/2 frozen banana + 1 handful of greens + 1 cup water or almond milk.
