InsectEAT, la biorrefinería de insectos que ha abierto sus puertas este año en Cañaveras (Cuenca), comandada por los hermanos Miguel y Javier Chavarría, espera cerrar su primer ejercicio con ventas cercanas a las 80 toneladas de productos derivados de la Mosca Soldado Negra y el Tenebrio Molitor.
