I’m Logan, a veteran working on my mental health and inviting other vets to walk with me. I’ve been close to the struggles of mental health — losing friends, fighting my own battles — and this is something I feel deeply about.
This isn’t about being perfect, or fixed, or wise.
It’s about being honest with ourselves, being courageous enough to grow, and remembering we don’t have to do it alone. Healing is a skill, and courage is a practice.
If you’re working on yourself too — even if you’re just thinking about starting — I hope this journey helps you feel a little less alone, and a little more capable of taking your own step. Reach out for help when you need it. Reach out to me if you don’t know where else to go. I don’t have all the answers or resources, but together we can rise. Whether you’re a veteran, first responder, or someone having a hard time, your life matters, and you deserve to live happy and healthy.
