As a naturopathic doctor and nutritionist, I often shop at Costco for healthy options. One of my go-to purchases is organic pasture-raised eggs - they're an excellent source of protein to start the day off right. I also stock up on grass-fed beef burger patties, which are an affordable option coming in under $2 each.
For snacks and quick meals, I enjoy gluten-free chicken burgers made with wholesome ingredients, roasted rainbow carrots with a drizzle of olive oil, and organic beets. The sweet potato chips made with avocado oil are also a tasty treat when paired with some coconut-based goodies or fruit.
I appreciate the convenience of Costco's non-toxic laundry detergent, which has only nine ingredients - it's great to have on hand after working long hours as a naturopathic doctor and nutritionist! I'm also fond of using grass-fed butter for cooking eggs in the morning.
And when I need a quick snack or meal option, organic yogurt made from A2 milk is always a good choice - it's perfect with some hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, or fruit.
