Justice, Department of Homeland Security and led Hazardous Material Investigations for the Department of Transportation. a career of failures and successes has provided Mr. Davis with examples that, hopefully, will be used by new managers to avoid duplicating the School of Hard Knocks method of learning most Federal Managers experience.
