Описание: This video presents information and video data from a new system for performing ultra-high speed 3D analysis of exoskeleton deformations in snapping trap-jaw ants. It provides details about a new computational microscope that allows ultra-high speed (1 million frames per second+) image sensors to now capture high-resolution 3D image measurements via a unique Fourier light field imaging "add on". It also details new software that maps acquired Fourier light field image data to sub-micrometer 3D deformation measurements. This is a short talk by Clare Cook, a current PhD student within the Biomedical Engineering Department at Duke University.
