अरुले ठकुरीको “शासकीय शैली” भएको भन्ने आरोप लगाए पनि आफूलाई रोल्पाली मगर जस्तै सहज ठान्ने नेत्रविक्रम चन्दले झण्डै १०० वटा प्रश्नको करीब–करीब ¥यापिड फायर यस अन्तर्वार्तामा अनेक सहज र जटिल सवालको सामना गर्नुभएको छ ।
उहाँले जनयुद्ध र शान्ति प्रक्रियादेखि जेनजी विद्रोह, युवा बेरोजगारी, लोकतान्त्रिक गणतन्त्रदेखि आफूलाई छोडेर हिँड्ने नेता कार्यकर्ताबारेसम्म टिप्पणी गर्नुभएको छ ।
सबै जसो प्रमुख दल र तिनका नेताका साथै पूर्व राजा ज्ञानेन्द्रको बारेमा उहाँले एक–एक गरेर निर्धक्कसँग टिप्पणी गर्नुभएको छ । अलिकति कुरा खोलौँ– उहाँले राजा ज्ञानेन्द्रलाई सिद्धान्तनिष्ठ ठान्नुभएको छ ।
आफ्ना पार्टीका नेताहरू सबैको थर “सी” हुनुको राज खोल्नेदेखि कम्युनको बहानामा नातागोताको नाममा निजी सम्पत्ति थुपारेको आरोपको पनि उहाँलाई छ ।
पोहोरको भदौरे विद्रोहमा जेनजीको हुलमुलमा आफ्नो पार्टीका कार्यकर्ता पनि मिसिएर आन्दोलनलाई तताएको मात्र हैन, त्यो विद्रोहपछि आफूले प्रधानमन्त्री हुने सुरसार कसेको र त्योभन्दा अलि अघि प्रचण्डको पार्टीको महासचिव हुनका लागि अफर आएको पनि उहाँले खुलासा गर्नुभएको छ ।
सबै जसो पुराना दल र बालेन सरकारको समेत कठोर आलोचक उहाँ युवाका चाहना र भावनाको भने समर्थक देखिनुभएको छ ।
तेस्रो लिङ्गी समुदायप्रति उहाँको टिप्पणी कठोर र एण्टी–करेण्ट देखिन्छ ।
पोहोरको भदौरे विद्रोहमा देखा परेको टीओबी र हालै पूर्वी तराई र मधेशमा धार्मिक आवरणमा देखापरेको द्वन्द्वको बारेमा विप्लवको टिप्पणी मौलिक छ ।

Yes, he is indeed still the General Secretary of the Nepal Communist Party (Maoist). This banner once carried Prachanda's branding.
Biplav is now trying to rebrand that same brand for himself. However, after signing an agreement with the KP Oli-led government and contesting elections alongside all the other parties (only to receive a mere 23,000 votes nationwide) that brand hasn't really been able to market itself well. Still, Biplav has his own defenses.
Although others accuse him of having the "ruling style" of a Thakuri, Netra Bikram Chand, who considers himself as down-to-earth as a Rolpali Magar, has faced nearly 100 questions in an almost rapid-fire style in this interview.
He has commented on everything from the People's War and peace process to the Gen Z uprising, youth unemployment, and the democratic republic, as well as on the leaders and cadres who have left him and walked away.
He has commented boldly and individually on nearly all the major parties and their leaders, as well as on former King Gyanendra, for him "a man of principle".
He has also disclosed that during last year's GenZ uprising, his cadres mixed into the crowd and fueled the movement. After the uprising he had prepared himself to become prime minister, and before that, he had received an offer to become general secretary of Prachanda's party.
He appears to be not just a harsh critic of nearly all the old parties but also of the Balen-led RSP government, while at the same time appearing supportive of the aspirations and sentiments of the youth.
His comments regarding the third-gender community come across as harsh and against the current trend.
His remarks on the TOB issue that emerged during GenZ uprising, and on the recently emerged religiously-framed conflict in the eastern Tarai and Madhesh region, are of a distinctive nature.
