Machining a Delrin part on my RF45 CNC conversion. Testing out the upper feed limit by cutting at 195 IPM. It worked really well. With the joys of Mach 3 I had a random Axis fault that started happening on any X axis move regardless of feedrate. I had to reboot Mach 3, and then the problem was magically fixed.
I tried to do it with the two operation machine and flip scenario, but the part was not well supported for the 2nd operation and it scrapped the part. I then re-programmed the part to be cut in one operation by using tabs.
