The City of Tshwane has vowed to crack down on non-compliant e-hailing services. This after the impounding of many vehicles belonging to Wanatu, a new Afrikaans e-hailing company.
The vehicles were allegedly operating without permits. BOSA has accused Wanatu of getting preferential treatment. City of Tshwane Transport MMC Tlangi Mogale denies allegations that they gave Wanatu preferential treatment.
"You don't go out to conduct a public transport business without the required documents" she added.
