It’s eerie writing the description for this mukbang now that I know what it truly represents. My last homeless meal. Before I b-lined to a local shelter and asked for admittance. “We’re full. We’re not designed for short stays. It’s a hundred dollars a week. There’s a school up the street…”
I’m so lucky I had hot chicken in my belly. I’m so lucky my care coordinator had furnished five room share leads and I knew the market price for weekly stays. I’m so lucky I wasn’t frazzled and I had my killer instinct with me.
This is my final meal before the first great break through of the rest of my life. Go grab some chicken for yourself and let’s eat!
